Imam Mahdi in the Jafr of Imam Ali (Alayhim Alsalam): The Description of Imam Mahdi and the End Times Prophecies in the Jafr Book

The Description of Imam Mahdi and the End Times Prophecies in the Jafr Book

Script 1

The Mahdi has a great sign and revealing visions in Surat Al-Kahf and his banner in the first line of his army. The Mahdi knows himself, and Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity, and Allah will ease his burden and simplify his responsibilities. He will understand hidden matters that rectify grave errors and great sins into which the people fall and persist, becoming accustomed to them. He will rise up against them, and they will condemn him most vehemently. Were it not for Allah's sword with him, they would have shed his blood, even though he is Allah’s guardian.

And in Al-Kahf is the secret of the youths, the sign of Isa, and the sign of Musa, on the unknown mountain, in the cradle of the sleepers, in the remains of the temple until the time of Al-Quds comes. And the servant is awaited, and his position is worth a long saying. Oh, if only he knew who Dhul-Qarnayn was in the end.

And Antioch of Syria lies on a secret near the sea, and the Levant will fight with the hardest fighting, then the Romans will come forward with the help of the Turks. But Allah will open the way for the Mahdi, and the Romans will embrace the religion of Allah in groups without weapons except the evil men among the Romans, who will gather soldiers and armies against the Mahdi.

And Dajjal (The Antichrist) will plot against him, for he knows what is decreed, and the Mahdi will win every battle, because he will have a banner on which is the Greatest Name of Allah with inscriptions and numbers. And a horrible battle will occur that will amaze the nations; if you ask me how, I respond, Al-Kahf is a sea of ink, and the sea of ink runs out, but Al-Kahf does not run out of ink by the point of “Alhamdu Lillahi Al-Ladi Anzala Ala Abdihi L’kitaba Walam Yaj’aal Lahu iwaja.”

He is Allah’s Hadiya (Gift) to the nation of Muhammad; may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Know him, O people, and understand his matter. Know that Allah has appointed him as a guardian for you on earth, and as a king and caliph, and for the religion as an Imam. Allah has made obedience to him obligatory on the foreigner and the local, and on the non-Arab and the Arab. Many from the first generation will follow him, and many will fight him, but he is the master of the non-Arabs, the Persians, the Turks, the Daylamites, the Sindhis, the Indians, the Ameriks, and the Engliz.

Allah will shake the earth with a great earthquake for the Mahdi, and the earth will throw fire from its interior, and the sky will throw meteors, mountains, copper, and iron at the western side of the Muslim nation’s eastern part. And your awaited Mahdi will ride the clouds with thunder and lightning, and Allah will teach the Mahdi more than what was known by the one who had knowledge of the scripture. The Mahdi will kick the wind, neither with magic nor with deceiving the eyes, but with knowledge known to those who came before him. He will make mountains that float in the sea of heaven with his knowledge, and he will have the means to ascend into the heavens and travel the earth, and he will know from Allah what no one else on earth has known. And the days of Allah will not pass until he has traversed all the earth from above to below, span by span, cubit by cubit, and basin by basin.

And Allah will heal the hearts of the people of Islam so they learn of the secrets of the Qur’an and the lights of the letters that build cities with a science that you do not know. And the people of Urob who think that they have knowledge will regret what they missed and prostrate to Allah Almighty in repentance for fighting against the Mahdi and preventing their children from the light of truth for a long time. Then evil goes away and good remains, and a man plants a measure, and Allah brings forth for him seven measures and seven hundred grains, and Allah is the greatest and the most good.

Script 2

When the Imam appears, the lying debater will be silenced, and the wise will be bewildered. So do not doubt or deny, for relief has come to you. Allah will remove all chaos and confusion through the Mahdi; whoever pledges allegiance to the Mahdi is pledging allegiance to Allah. The earth will see the Mahdi in all its corners at the same time, night or day, and the earth will be folded for him and his companions. Allah will raise up for him every low place on earth and lower down for him every high place, and even the ant in its hole will know that the time of Allah's guardian has come.

Allah will open every closed door for the Mahdi, even if there are seas and rivers and armies and the clatter of weapons beyond the door, the likes of which you do not know today, like the eagle Athron and the Sufr and the Yawm and every bird, and like them and by their names, the clouds that throw fire and horrors, and your companion the Mahdi will ride every hard cloud in which there is thunder and lightning, and Allah will teach the Mahdi more than what he who has knowledge of the Book had known, and the liar of the Book will be proven wrong.

And there will be much talk and claims of rulers at the gates of Hell, which people hear and see their speaker everywhere, with someone who says the new world, and it is not new, and a caller from a land called the new land, and it is not new but old, inhabited by people with red faces, and the name of the man among them is red;they will be discovered by messengers who their kings submit to Allah, they come crossing the sea of darkness, and they plant the good tree whose branches are burnt by al-Masih al-Dajjal (the Antichrist) but he does not uproot its roots, and he fights from the great land all its righteous seeds, and he lives in humiliation to know that he is powerless and a liar and that all matters are by Allah’s will, but He, may His glory be exalted, misleads whomever He wills.

He creates a people who do not regret sin, nor are they embarrassed to touch the private parts and make an idol of them, and they follow the liar of Israel, and among them are the imams of misguidance and the callers to Hell; Kings and princes follow their footsteps, and they make them rulers over nations to steal the world. By Allah, if I wanted, I could name them by their names; the family of so-and-so, Al Nun, Al Oud, Almutabarrik, Almutayammin, Almutamassir, Alqadif Bi alkalam, Alssadim Bi Nar, and Alfatin Bi alfitan, and among them are the king, the chieftain, the prince, the head, the governor, and the presedent. In their time, Al-Aqsa Mosque will be lost, and it will return with the companion of Egypt, and the son of Egypt will gather before him the judge of Israel with the judge of Quds, but Israel will rise through corruption, incitement, and fire, and the Arabs will be like the foam on a sea, as the Messenger of Allah foretold (Sala Allahu Alayhi Wa Sallam).

Then the ruler of Egypt will emerge from his long secrecy and silence and open the cave of secrets, calling for vengeance, paving the way for the Mahdi. For the people will side with the kings and the world, and religion will be with the strangers, so glad tidings to them until the Mahdi of the House of the Prophet appears to them, after Allah shakes the stolen land of the red people. And the people will yearn for justice, and Allah will exalt Muhammad, and Bilal with his allegiances will appear as fifty stars not in the sky but in the great land. But the star of the Children of Israel, drawn in the lines of the shield, will swallow them all up at the time of the promised end, when they will disgrace the faces of all the Arabs, who are a nation that will weep for disobeying its Messenger and extinguishing its lamp.

Script 3

Woe to the Jews when the Promised One comes; their appointed time is darkness, and their fate is like the raven of the people of 'Ad. Our boy will come to water them with the cup of destruction, and he will expose them and expose the Turks.

When the Cesar Star rises, polytheism will be demolished and collapse, and your path will change, so the Arabs will become wise and the truth of the honorable will be revealed. Our boy is steadfast, and he does not flee; he is pure in times of defilement, and he controls his soul's desires, and he will be reformed after the eclipse. His nature is beyond comprehension; his upbringing is wondrous, and his origin is noble. He is the man of the spear and the uniter of the nation. His outward appearance is simple, yet his inner essence is profound. He is insightful without arrogance, and his mind is the soundest. He emerges from the tranquil town, departs from his family, and bids farewell to the plains. He enters into the mountain unknowingly, then emerges from it in war and peace; humanity finds refuge in him, and whoever pledges allegiance to him has triumphed.

Script 4

Allah will provide the Mahdi with praises to which the mighty and strong angels descend, which are only known by one taught by Allah. With them the Mahdi will conquer Constantinople, Rome, and the lands of China, and he will conquer the Roman city with Takbir with his seventy thousand men who do not fear the blame of a critic in Allah.

Their food is the Qur’an, and their water is the praise of Allah. They will be carried by domes that fly in the air and four hundred ships from the shores of the Muslims. Allah Almighty will make the wind subservient to them, and it will only take two days and two nights for them to reach Rome’s gate. When the people of Rome see them, they will send down to them a high-ranking monk who possesses knowledge from hidden books. When he approaches the Mahdi, he will bow his head and say, “By Him who sent you with what you have brought, the description I know of you is what I see in you. You are the ruler of Rome, and if anyone else had come to me, I would not have given him the keys to Rome, and we have been keeping treasures for you, so the people of Rome become angry with the Monk.”

Then the Mahdi will ask the monk questions that amaze anyone who sees or hears. After the monk answers him well, the Mahdi will demand him to return. The monk will reply, "How do you demand me to return while I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah?" Then the Muslims will shout three takbirs (Allahu Akbar), and the city of Rome will become like sand on a hill, and Allah will grant victory to His guardian, fulfilling a promise whose time has come.

Script 5

These are decisive signs: there will be Arab revolutions, the first of which is fighting and the last of which is a duel, and these revolutions will make their way through the mountains. Then a young man of high status will emerge, who stands up for truth, does not oppress, and does not care about the infidel Westerners. He will plan by his spirit, and keep evil away from his mind, so he will acquire divine knowledge, and cross the Sunni path, and he will control the jinn world.

You will be left without him wandering, lost in illusion, until the world tires of delusion and of being ruled by the foolish, so you will propose to him to take over the rule through enticement and intimidation, and he will accept it unwillingly; then the bold epics begin. This matter is inevitable and will come true, and his signs are the sinking of al-Dika, followed by great matters. Behold the non-Arabs; at this is silence and a secret, and good and righteousness.

And in the land of Kinana there will be hidden lamps; when their appointed time comes, they will be lit with the oil of guardianship, the light of guidance and faith. They are lamps in the corners of Kinana, as if I see their condition before arrival in the maze of deceit and their condition after arrival in the circle of remembrance. Their minds are not like other minds, and their humility towards the weak is like a yielding land, and their pride in denial prevails despite the arrogance of the wicked, and if it were not for the fact that their love enters hearts by force, no one would love them except the believers, but knowledge is light, and light is love.

Script 6

Al-Qaim (Mahdi) will not appear until the childish fools rise, the rights of al-Rahman are neglected, and the Qur’an is sung with melody and tunes. And the kings of the Abbasids, the blind and stray, and the archers with faces like shields kill people, and Basra is ruined, and then the ten signs appear. Salman said, "What are the ten signs, O Commander of the Faithful?" He said, "Among them are the emergence of the Black men, the rise of sedition, events in Iraq, tribulations in the horizons, great earthquakes, the appearance of the men of Handar and Daylam with agate and swords, the rule of the hardhearted, the appearance of fake signs in the regions and sides, the construction of tents in Ein Alarab and the Copts, and the emergence of Alhaik Altawil (the Long Weaver) in the land of Egypt and the Nile."

Salman said, “What is Alhaik Altawil (the Long Weaver)?” He said: A poor man, not from the sons of kings who gold mines will appear to him, and the non-Arabs and the Arabs will help him, and everything will be brought to him until Alhassan succeeds him, and great and wondrous things will happen in his time, and if he marches with the Arabs to the Levant, and tramples with his horse on the wombs, and tramples the Jordan Mountain and the hills, and the people flee from his appearance, and the torrentwaters dries up because of his army, and he reaches al-Qa’ous Mountain in his army, then he drags some matters on it, and the ancestors hasten, and neither food nor drink pleases him until he returns to Egypt’s Aylun, and opinions and suspicions increase, and he builds palaces and constructs buildings on the cursed mountain, and Barqa flashes then gets turned back, and the wicked connect between Ain Shams and Hulwan, and the call to prayer is heard from the wicked, and a thunderbolt strickes Barqa, and another in Balkh, and the Bedouins fight al-A’rab, and al-Sufyani drags his horses, recruits soldiers and sets up the banners.

Then, Allah’s command will come to him suddenly, for the rabble will prevail and poverty will spread, and the people will be helpless, and disagreement will increase, and a vanguard will oppose him in Ain Tartus and in the far reaches of Ifrikia (Tunisia). And Western or Eastern banners will come and declare sedition in the wilderness.
Oh, what devastating battles will rage on hills with arrows and horses, and in al-Imran, the city of the sons of Ham, and al-Nattah will ram across the cemeteries and the crossings, and al-Maskub will be disciplined on the erected tooth of the war, and the victory of the Romans over the An’ar, and when what was destined happens, caution is of no use.

And the Levant will be in turmoil, and flags will be raised, and the branch of the cursed tyrannical tree will be severed; there will be widespread humiliation, and the minds will be bewildered, and deceit will spread, and sharp arrows will be thrown, until darkness prevails over light, and matters become the worst of evils.

Then the Mahdi will rise from the descendants of Al-Hussein; he is a son who has no equal among all the sons, and he will remove the evil and put an end to tribulations, and he will judge for the people of religion according to religion. Salman said, “Then he lay down and put his hand under his head, saying, ‘The motto of monasticism is contentment.”
