Imam Mahdi and the Rise of USA in a Manuscript by Kilda bin Zaid bin Baraka Al-Madani

This manuscript is held in the National Library of Turkey in Ankara, under classification 3664 / Heritage of Medina Munawara. It is attributed to a Medinan scholar said to have lived in Medina in the 3rd century AH, Kilda bin Zaid bin Baraka al-Madani. His work is entitled Asma al-Masalik li Ayyam al-Mahdi al-Malik li Qiyam al-Dunya li Amr Allah al-Malik.

Medina will be destroyed at the hands of an evil man whose wickedness cannot be compared to that of any other Muslim. He is a man who circles the Sanctuary and nearly descends upon it, but Allah will turn his plot back against him.

At that time conscience will be lost and religion corrupted, and the rulers will be hypocrites who appear righteous outwardly. Days of strange seditions will enter the Arabian Peninsula, where the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, forbade that two religions be combined.

There will be six or seven rulers, but not eight. They will rule for seventy years, but not ninety, and their end will come with the emergence of the boy of the Nile and the ruler of the House, in whom even the trees will seek refuge.

Allah wills that the evil man perish at the hand of the noble Mahdi, and he will slay the evil man by inspiration and by the command of the King of Kings.

They will be cut down by the Mahdi like an evil tree growing in Iraq and the Levant, filled with bitter fruit and thorns, a tree that must be lifted from the neck of ancient Babylon.

Medina will regain its splendor, its beauty, its palm trees, and fresh water in its rivers and wells. This is a harbinger and a good omen for Jerusalem. Just as there was destruction and then rebuilding in Medina, so there will be destruction and rebuilding in Jerusalem. And the city in which the Prophet of Allah Ayyub was buried will hasten to pledge allegiance, swifter than birds and horses.

A war will rage over a country smaller than a tailbone, and the peoples of the world will gather for it as if for the richest land or a feast. Its prince will hand his banner to the queen of evil who will rise from the distant western shores at the beginning of the end of time. The queen of evil will gather her allies for him from across the world and restore the throne of the kingdom to him.

Iraq will be laid waste in the epic battles at the beginning of the end of time. The prince of the small tailbone will fight the armies of the Mahdi. The time will come to destroy that evil country and its prince once again. The Mahdi will kill the prince, and the tailbone will return to the body.
