Imam Mahdi and the Fall of Muslims in the "Al-Waeid Fi Hadm Al-sanadid" Manuscript
This is a manuscript entitled ‘Al-Waʿīd Fī Hadm al-Ṣanādīd’ by Abū Jaʿfar al-Sulaymānī, dating to the year 334 AH.
Beware: hidden temptations will intensify against you, doubts will overwhelm you, and ideas will manipulate you, until the light of goodness is extinguished within you. Injustice will abound among you, ignorance will prevail, and the Muslim nation will become like a herd without a leader. You will be a nation that neither reveres the elder nor shows mercy to the young.
At that time, the wicked will dominate, forgetting Allah’s warning, and glory and prestige will belong to the Romans. Then the Muhammadan man will appear — he is the eternal Arab, the Ahmadan boy — and Allah will grant him the key to knowledge, and he will reform the Muhammadan nation with the blessings of the family of the Chosen Prophet.
His father is Hasan; his childhood is like Husayn’s; his grandfather is Ali; his origin is Muhammadan; his anger is Ahmadan. He resembles Suleiman and behaves like Dawud, and he is beloved like Musa. His mother is like the mother of Masih Isa, and his religion is the religion of the Prophet Ibrahim.
In times of strife, he is like the Prophet Shuʿayb; his healing is like the healing of the Prophet Ayyub; his appearance is like the Prophet Elias’s; and he bears a resemblance to Yahya and Zakariah.
By Allah, he will reform the world while sitting in his house. Wait for him to emerge eleven centuries later.
